As I have mentioned, I have been taking a wood shop class (such fun!) and our first project was to hand carve a piece. I am not going to show the piece to you because I was to busy admiring the wood shavings I chiseled away, that it is still incomplete. However, the wood chips have so far experienced three forms of admiration. First, I made dye, why not? Next, they were put into a lovely bowl and set onto a coffee table. Now, weeks later, when the Christmas decorations came out, they were put in the garden.
So, thank you once again trees, for the endless things you provide for us!
